Scope
This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions. If there is any conflict between this Refund Policy and the Terms, the Terms & Conditions will prevail.
This Refund Policy applies to DXB Interior Connect memberships and verification services. It does not apply to project contracts between Clients and Professionals; those are handled directly between the parties.
Cancellations
- Memberships: you can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Access remains until the end of the current paid period.
- Auto-renewal: to avoid renewal charges, cancel before your next billing date.
Refunds
- Change of mind or unused time in a current billing period: not refundable.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges: refundable – please contact us within 7 days of the charge.
- Verification / set-up fees: non-refundable once the review has started.
- Trials or promotional offers (if applicable): cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval (timelines may vary by bank).Â
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects any mandatory refund rights you may have under applicable law.
